RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Returns or Exchanges:

We are committed to quality and your satisfaction is pretty important to us! 

So, If your item present printed defects or you are not completely happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.

Simply email us at:

and include the following information:

  • The order number and email address used to place the order

  • Your reason for returning the order

  • Whether you would prefer a replacement or refund

  • Please also include a digital photo of the damage or issue on delivered canvas (as an email attachment).

 

Our Customer Service team will respond to your email by the end of the next working day and advise on how to proceed with the return and how receive a free return shipping label.

Do I qualify for free return shipping?

Free return shipping is only eligible for unframed orders (rolled canvas printed) shipped within the 48 Contiguous United States and excludes Oversized Prints.

​

What is Oversized Shipping?

Framed artworks are considered Oversized shipping and not eligible for free return shipping.
The following sizes are not eligible for free return shipping:

Packages up to 1700 cubic inches.

​

Can I still be issued a return label for my oversized print?

Return labels may be issued for oversize prints shipped within the Contiguous United States. However, an $85 fee will apply for each return label issued for oversize shipping and will be assessed to the refund after the return has been received.

​

Orders shipped outside the 48 Contiguous United States will not be eligible for any return shipping labels.
We would gladly accept your return, but orders shipped outside of the Contiguous United States do not qualify for free returns and are the responsibility of the customer.

IMPORTANT: All Artworks are printed only by request so, please, double check the correct model and size before ordering, because exchanges policy or returns could be not available or restricted as final sale.
